Splash & Dash 2014!

Thank you to RM Stoudts, Shane Overby, Mrs Carrington-International Rhonda Lura, North Dakota Princess Sadie Lura, Nikki, Mother Nature, and all the Prairie Paws Volunteers who helped make the 1st Annual Splash and Dash a HUGE success. The event raised $680 for the pets in our rescue. Sadie Lura also made bracelets and sold them at Sugar Rush Boutique prior to the event and raise $100 for the Prairie Paws Pets. This was a fun event for everyone...*some of the dogs refused to comment*...we plan on doing another event like this again next year.

PAW-Sta PAW-Looza!

Friday, March 15th, 2013 - Paw-Sta Paw-Looza was SOLD OUT! We had a great turn out even though the weather was not in our favor. Everyone who attended had plenty of Spaghetti and Dessert, fun raffle auctions, 110 silent auction items, and got a complimentary bottle of Prairie Paws Rescue wine made at Maple River Winery in Casselton, with a special thank you to Greg for providing Prairie Paws with the Private Label wine and supplying it for our fundraiser! Thanks to everyone who attended, and we are looking forward to the next one!

A special thank you to our sponsors of the dinner items for our event: Dakota Growers Pasta, Wal-Mart, Dakota Brands, Pepsi of Jamestown, Edgeley Food Center, and Coborns.

Breakfast with the Bunny

Saturday, March 30th, 2013 - Thank you to Applebee's for hosting Breakfast with the Bunny. Also those that came out to enjoy pancakes, sausage, and photos with the Easter Bunny!

"Bark in the Park" was FUN!

A BIG THANKS to everyone who came out to McElroy Park for our "Bark in the Park" event!  Although it was a misty day, quite a few people enjoyed the walk and activities with their fur-friends.  The "Agility" group from Minot was a big HIT, showing their pups in action, as you can see from some of the photos in the slideshow below.

Also, Prairie Paws Rescue and Service Dogs of North Dakota want to thank the businesses who sponsored this event.  The money that you and others so generously donated will go toward the health and welfare of all our animals.  We are so grateful to such a kind group of supporters!

Meet Gemma!

Hi, I'm Gemma! I am a female kitten that came into Prairie Paws, and I was in need of a little extra TLC. I had a bad upper respiratory infection, crusty eyes, and ear mites :(. Luckily I'm getting better, and maybe you can help me feel better too! I was born around July 25th, 2016, and right now I live with my foster mommy with other dogs and cats. I am very playful and very sociable! I even dressed up as a bumble bee for Halloween this year!
